The Small Print

• This gift certificate has no expiry date.
• Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a Gift Certificate.
• It is non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash, in part or full.
• Please use the contact form on this website to get in touch with Eimear and discuss your website purchase or to commission a special piece of jewellery, just for you! Her contact details are also on the gift certificate.
• We are not responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen or used without your permission (although we'll always try to be very fair and help find a solution when we can).
• If the value of a gift certificate is greater than the value of the jewellery being purchase, a new gift certificate to the value of the remaining balance will be issued. This can then be used to buy even more sparkling treasures from Eimear!
• If the value of the jewellery exceeds the value of the gift certificate, Eimear can issue you an invoice for the balance due.
• A gift certificate cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift certificates - it just gets too complicated!
